Over 2-3 nights, firefighters are given the chance to rest, refocus, and recharge. There's no better place to take a deep breath and unwind with workshops and activities than our beautiful wildereness location at a private family lodge in Washington State.

Designed for the realities of fragmented sleep, TSR teaches you to train your body to recover in the chaos — so even those broken 35-minute windows between calls start working for you, not against you. You’ll wake sharper, calmer, and ready to lead every shift. Because Sleep is Tactical.

Biohacking

You’ll train your body to recover like an athlete: detoxing stress through heat and cold contrast, rebuilding at the cellular level with red light therapy, restoring circulation with vibration therapy, and resetting your nervous system through tactical somatic work.
